Returns and Refunds

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

European Union, United Kingdom, Switzerland & Non-EU Regions – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, United Kingdom, Switzerland, or Non-EU Regions, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

For non-EU regions, shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. If your order qualified for free shipping as part of a special offer, but you decide to return the product, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Warranty Policy

1. Luxthage, the legal entity behind the Karthada brand, guarantees that its Products are free from material defects and faults in workmanship, ensuring compliance with the stated specifications for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the delivery date.

2. Eligibility for Warranty Claims: 

This warranty applies exclusively to Products that:
a) are produced by or on behalf of Luxthage under the Karthada brand, bearing the official ‘Karthada’ trademark, trade name, or logo; and
b) are purchased directly from Karthada’s official Website.

3. Submitting a Warranty Claim: 

Customers must notify Luxthage’s Customer Service of any manufacturing defects or non-conformities by completing the online contact form, providing the purchase details, date, and invoice number. This notification must be made within fourteen (14) days of identifying the defect or issue. However, all claims must be submitted no later than twenty-four (24) months after the Product’s delivery.

4. Return Process: 

The defective Product(s) must be returned to Luxthage’s designated return address within fourteen (14) business days after reporting the issue.

Customers must follow Luxthage’s return instructions, including proper packaging to prevent damage during transit.

5. Resolution of Claims: 

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned Product, if Luxthage confirms a manufacturing defect, Luxthage will either:
a) Replace the Product (subject to stock availability), or
b) Issue a refund via the original payment method.

If the refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 business days. In cases where the recipient of the Product differs from the original purchaser, the refund will be issued to the original payment account.

6. Rejection of Warranty Claims: 

If no defect is found in the returned Product, Luxthage will notify the customer and return the Product.

If the customer refuses to accept the returned Product, Luxthage reserves the right to retain both the Product and the payment.

7. Warranty Exclusions: 

This warranty does not cover:
a) Damage caused by external events such as theft, fire, or accidents beyond our control.
b) Issues due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling of the Product.
c) Unauthorized modifications, tampering, or disassembly.
d) Normal wear and tear, including scratches, discoloration, or minor cosmetic imperfections.
e) Consumable items such as leather straps, rubber components, or metal bracelets.
f) Routine maintenance or cleaning.
g) Any defects not directly caused by materials, design, or workmanship.

8. Legal Rights:
This warranty is provided by Luxthage S.à r.l.-s and is in addition to your statutory rights under consumer protection laws, including the right to remedies for defective or misdescribed products.
